Hi Folks....

After a rest yesterday, it is back to the workshop once more and Kurgan...

Don't you just love endless chains especially when they are starting to go stiff.

It took some 20 mins to finally getting sprocket properly on the splines. but patience pays off and after choosing the best tab washer its all bolted up.

i haven't tensioned the chain yet - will get me plastic sheet down tomorrow and lightly brush some oil on the chain to soak over nite - then ill turn the wheel and do a bit more till the whole chain is as free as it should be - then i will adjust the chain to help it settle back were it should be

On goes the sprocket cover - why does it always take ages to find the right allen bolts !

finally its all bolted up tight - and got fed up with kneeling on spanners a a quick tidy up ensued.

whilst tidying up found this engine mount that I could not find - dunno were the other one is tho

on goes teh engine breather

on goes the Kliktronic

its slowly starting to come together - dunno wether its gonna be ready for Spalding Bike Show.

Just looking back at pics and not much to show for just over 3 hours work

Anne McGarrie - It's coming on a treat, a labour of love and will be worth it in the end

Stephen Osborn - I hope so would be nice to ride it again even if i cant ride far these days
