my first effort at building a chop. this would be around 1983 or so and donor bike cost me 20.00 to change from std bike everything was either swapped, given, worked on other peoples bikes for parts - those were that days.

I re brought this same bike almost unchanged about 3-4 years ago it was less than 3 miles from my current house !

got it home stripped it down started to rebuild it then realised i was not the thin person I used to be - so sold it on unfortunately. Its almost ready for the road again apparently

Stephen Osborn - Creature was a bike built from all my friends cast offs and swaps for work done on there bikes.

here goes from memory (it was a long time ago)

Frame was from a Honda S65
Engine from Honda ss90
Petrol tank from Honda G5 250
Front end was from a Honda cb125
rear swing arm from Honda C70
Seat was std , but had a foam for hump and covered in an old bear coat. rear rack unknown source, sissy bar was made up of some scrap square bar, all held together with a bungy.
Handle bars 6 bend pull backs
Forward controls made up from broken pram frame.
the frame added to mount forward controls was from a honda G% 250 cut up
top speed was just under 70mph - sha gave around 60mpg
4 speed gear box
rode her all over the country and was at a lot of MAG events especially the proposed 2 part test demos
