Hi Folks.

Right were getting to the end of this rebuild now. ( thank god)

It has taken far longer than I anticipated and until the end I still have a feeling that a rebore may be needed .

As you can see in pic the choke cable had pulled thru

Slacken off of the rear brake adjusters

I re- feed the choke cable thru were the barrel should be (i have lost it ). and carefully crimped up - it works and will do until I either find the barrel or get another one.

I Undo the rear brake lever inc the forwards

I refit 2 teeth further round - you can just see my marker as to were it was !.

I Still had to slacken the adjusters of even more and finally it works with the limitations of my ankle movement.

Good job I checked the brake light switch as had to adjust that as light was always on...

On Wednesday Mark is coming over from Peterboro with his carb gauges and we will

have a go at setting up the carbs.

Then it will be time to take Kurgan for its 2nd test run.

Hopefully we wont find anymore work as its booked in for MOT next Monday with the transit

Les Banjo Crocker - god luck with the MOT bro
