Hi me.... - Am paying for yesterdays stretching and working to add the ceiling panel.
As I was in agony before we started on the transit, but I carried on, just that chuck slower, as I tried to protect my back, and it seemed to be working as well.
Between 3-6pm I was in no pain or discomfort at all.
That is till we sat down and by the time we had eaten our Tea, I was seized up yet again.

1. Processing items SOLD & Paid for today.
2. Sorted and listed some items to Auto Start on Tuesday, Sunday & Saturday
3. Found more "Life n Grimes" updates for October, September, August 2022 & some posts added to existing dates.
