Hi Folks..... Hopefully a productive day today.
But first had to see them mental health nurse at dr's surgery.

Not sure what it was all about as could not process anything. Luckily Zoe took notes so she can discuss with Lynne.
Tried to ring Ken up to ask some questions about the injectors and the state of the van, that they had removed/undone items and left it for me to find out!
Not happy about this.
But no reply, so will continue to try thru-out the day....
Not feeling well, feel dizzy disorientated and feel as if I am gonna be sick, plus my mind just refuses to focus on anything, except Timothy, so I reluctantly went to bed to see if I can sleep it off.
4 hours later and still not 100%, but I feel I need to go out to the transit and do some work
