13th July 2023 - Life n Grimes of Mr C

after the struggling yesterday and and with my mind all over the place, causing my concentration to wander all over the place.
It was surprising I managed to do what I did.

So lets see how today goes................

I woke up just after 11am after 10 hours solid sleep, but instead of feeling refreshed, I am very groggy, lethargic and not in a mood to do anything. 

Not felt like this for a while now, so is a shock to my system. 
I can only hope that I feel better in a short while, so I can get on with things.

Ever since seeing the mental health nurse yesterday my mind has been on the darker side of things and has started me worrying about them.
Instead of the neutral thoughts, but at times with some slight positive ones that I have been experiencing over the last week or so

Could all this be down to something she said ?
I just cannot remember, or maybe my mind is trying to protect me from it, I just do not know or understand.

The new battery will be here between 5pm - 7.pm, and I will have it on trickle charge overnight, before fitting to the transit.

As not in a place to work on the transit, I thought I would spend another hour trying to get the laptop blue tooth working in windows. (as lack of concentration not an issue doing this)
over 4 hours later and still not completed windows updates !!!!
