Hi Folks... Not feeling o good today, but let us see where the day leads us!
Late getting up today .
I still need to buy 1 more AGM battery, before I can start the installation of the wiring and B2B charging unit.
This battery will sit with the transits battery that is under the drivers seat and be linked to the other 4 batteries that are behind the bulkhead.
Lithium batteries are out of my price range at the moment and as I only expect to be get between 1-3 years usage before I become to ill to drive.
I hope these batteries will last.

Unfortunately due to costs of the engine, I am now having to make some compromises.
By buying some Preused items.
Not what I wanted, but if I am to get away soon it is something I have to embrace.
This sterling unit with leads I found on eBay.
From a Conversion garage, I made a cheeky offer and I was well surprised when it was accepted!.
Altho this unit is about 9 months old, it has only seen 3 months usage (previous owner of the conversion decided to upgrade to lithium batteries)
And cost be less 50% less over new unit of same specs.

Another compromise on item. Altho not the cheapest out there, I would have preferred a better quality one.
But as it only has to do a simple job, I hope that it will do the job.
I have brought 2 of these, just in case I can afford the 2nd bank of batteries..
now it is time to look into Isolator Switches and fuses, that I need to buy before I make a start on wiring up the above units.
