Hi Folks.... - Another Update & finally progress we hope..
I am up around 8am this morning and searching for some injectors.
Unfortunately I just do not have the funds to buy new, so its time to see if I can find some nearly new injectors with the money I have left in the bank.
On FB Market place I found 2 sales that said buy me,
the first one refused point blank to post!
and I could not find anyone to collect for me,
which was a shame as it not only came with injectors that had done less that 500 miles,
but all the rest of the bits around the
injectors for £150.00.
The 2nd one I sent a message to and she replied withing 20 mins and after sending me some pics and them answering my questions.
I decided I would try and buy them, but the stumbling block was the price £500.00!.
I only had max £350.00 and that would leave £2.03 in my account.....
So it was down to some haggling and after a while I said ok I just cannot get anymore funds.
And I went back to my search.....
Some 30 mins later she sends me another message saying we have a deal and that here husband will drive them round free of charge!....
They have done less than 50 miles as there van failed its MOT and they decided to scrap it.
and best of all the sales invoice...
I have also found in my box of transit items/tools etc a complete injector seal kit.
I will get them wrapped up and posted to Matt on Monday.
Fingers crossed we finally have the engine all sorted....
