Hi Folks,
Back in the Garden again, this time getting ready for the next stage of the fencing off off those neighbours who decided to upset my wife!!
When I went to make the last payment yesterday.
Norman said he will be down sometime this week to do the next stage.
Only a small one this time, as we have now exhausted all my savings for the last 2 years.
This part of the garden will have 2 more fence panels installed.
Gotta remove this fence as have concrete posts to install and add the kick plates.
It will become the front wall of my new shed eventually.
We have to remove the slabs so I can get Kurgan out of his shed.
( he will be living in a diff shed as soon as I clear it out !).
But after some tidying up will have to push the Honda down to the shed.
We have just laid the slabs down as they are just a temp measure and will be picked up and used else-ware at some stage.
The old fence we have just turned round and it now blocks of the rest of that side of the garden.
We found some large tree trunks buried under ivy and loads of junk.
now bagged up ready for the dustbin men.
We have strimmed the grass/nettles down and looks a lot tidier. Once I get some funds saved up this area is gonna be concreted.
That's it for now its lunch time, Just maybe I will get back out this afternoon and get some more done.
Thats Lunch outa the way... OK OK so its 2 hours later!.
This is my next job. This is to be Kurgan's home over the winter, but as you can see its somewhat overgrown and full of rubbish and that just the front of the shed.
The sheds full from floor to ceiling too and that's how far the door opens, so i'm gonna be busy.....
Would be nice to get in the shed without getting stung and the path down the side of the shed is also overgrown with nettles.
1 hour later and already starting to look better,
now to start on the nettles n junk to the left around the shed door.
Bummer ive just been bloody stung by a swarm of wasps!!!!!
All I did was strim back the nettles and started putting the rubbish in a bin liner.
But when I moved the green bucket I found a great big hole in the ground that was soon full of angry wasps.
This is on max zoom but you cant see many wasps.
but believe me there are loads and when i start to move to the shed they start to swarm.....
So better part of valour n cowards way, its time to retreat for a few hours to let em cool down and hopefully settle.
Anyone got any bright ideas how to kill a nest of that's in the ground ??? gotta be free as no
funds at the moment ! Answers on a postcard to............................
