22nd March 2019 - CBRTIM Update.

It's been a while, since I was well enough to go into the workshop.
and even then am very skittish and feel trapped and lonely in there !
But not gonna give in !!

Not much room in the workshop !!

I either need a bigger workshop or I need to get rid of some stuff !!
Ok Workshop extension it is then !!
the 5x5 beam is in workshop ready to be painted...
But for now, will just have to tread carefully............

Time to add the girder yokes..

Time to start adding the front end.....

Using the temp building girder arms..

Time to bolt on the handle bars..

Handle Bars on CBRTIM & on the Bike Table only just fit !

Console is just held in place with some long bolts for now.

Speedo / Rev Counter other features built into these 2 :) :)

A nice fit, with some wriggle room for when Sprayed..

Time to Offer up the Sat Nav

to make sure it all fits together within the console....

Ya just gotta love those Bars :) :)

Front end offered in place

Ready for some work on the front brakes

Console and Clocks are wrapped up to protect them.

Even sat nav gets wrapped up

Fuels senders x2

Both are brand new and wrapped up till the petrol tanks has had enough work done on it and we ready to test fit them.

Main Petrol Tank - Filler and Fuel Taps

Again all brand new :) :)

Front lamp

Headlamp wrapped up to protect it

Getting Honda Big One Switch gear together.

Not sure which ones, we will be using yet,
They will need rewiring before fitting.

Handle Bar Electrics Wrapped up

I want to retain the original switch gear. for reliability and ease of replacement if anything hoes wrong...........

Box of wrapped up items :) :)

Front Brake

Trying to Bleed the front brake,

over an hour later and Nothing Happening!

Quick try - Bleed nipple is free :) :)

But Nothing coming out :( :(

but it refuses to bleed, so cable tied the brake lever to broom handle and left bleed nipple open overnight.

Temp holding the brake caliper in place
