Welcome to Today's CBRTIM Build Update.
Things are moving along at a steady pace.

Maybe not as quick as we would like, but quicker than I could do in my workshop..

Pic on Left is Zoe & Michael sat on Timothy's Original Bench with Kim's Flowers at Morrison's Car Park.

Both Rads are now fully Mounted

Even more bracing to be added and like everything else, well over engineered.

Just maybe we are Victorian Engineers in disguise.....

The Rads from the front

For the oil Rad, I will need to drain the oil, drop the sump and replace the Big One oil Pump to one from Honda CBR1000f Hurricane, which allow us to use the oil cooler

New Chain has arrived and is now fitted...

Unfortunately the exhaust cannot come out here, as the side panniers will be in the way!
Or will they ??

Some more of the frame braces are now in the way,

of the new plans Kev n me have worked out..

I Collapsed and passed out in my workshop and was working over the rear of CBRTIM at the time.
And on my way to the floor must have collapsed and bent the rear of the frame !

We need to make this area stronger, so it does not happen again!

OOOPPPPPSSS

A bits run away - probably for a holiday !!

Now all nice n straight again..

Now good as new.........

More Frame cross members removed.

As CBRTIM evolves, things change and fresh Ideas spring to mind,

and sometimes, braces are just in the way..

Next job the new rear Sprocket,

was a bit wider than the front sprocket and chain !

So on the lathe & angle grinder.

The excess is soon removed from the chain run area of the sprocket

Soon cures this and for the 1st time CBRTIM has the final drive all fitted

and sorted.

New Rear Sprocket now fits snugly with the chain :) :)
