Hi Folks.............. Whilst waiting on the Transit
I decided to go and start to strip Vincent down, ready to get teh carbs off, hopefully over teh weekend.
So did it all go to plan ????
New rear indicators arrived this morning.
The old ones will probably end up on eBay for Spares starting at £1.99 plus post for teh pair.

In teh grey bag are new carb gaskets, float valves and seats & other bits for teh carbs.
Altho not needed just yet, I will put them all in a safe secure place for now.
Altho this bag and the side panniers will be SOLD with the bike, they are in my way at this time, so off they come.
Plus with my limited mobility and shaking arms, just easier to get to teh seat bolts....
and off comes the seat...
And is put away in dry storage for now..
When Lynne n Michael come home, will ask them to move it for me..
Off comes teh petrol tank.
I had forgotten that it is nearly full and took me a while to recover from removing it.

Nope the fuel pump is leaking!!
I will order a new one later....
Could this be the cause of teh problem ???
But decide to still strip down teh carbs as I am well on teh way to removing them...
Its leaking like a sieve around teh seal :( :(
More expense to replace, but on teh plus side more to add what I have replaced/work done on listing, when I am ready to sell it.
New Fuel Pump ordered, Cost £27.07 including UK postage.

About half teh price I was expecting to pay, so a bonus.
Sheldon has just arrived with te Transit, just in time as i was starting to flag and get disorientated. (see today's Transit Album)
