I am in a reflective mood after some very deep chats with Lynne about 13mm issue we had trying to find for the mattress. For once Lynne understood exactly what I was trying to say!!
which was a huge and pleasant surprise for me.
When we had finished for the day and I was resting my knees in bed, it hit me that my life/heath is like 13mm!
Like trying to find that extra small space to lay the mattress flat, my life sometimes sits at 13mm but then so far apart, and I cannot seen to find that extra to break the black dog and other issues.
This probably makes absolutely no sense to 99% of people who read this.
But I suspect those who fight the Black Dog and may have other mental/long term issues may well understand it exactly!
Another crisp morning and the tree puts on another stunning display...
Today is probably gonna be a bit of a mixed day, set by my state of mind and wanting to do something at a certain time, so I do not know just what is gonna happen today,
So I will just let it go and follow what my mind tells me.
During my rest n hot chocolate breaks, I have been researching under body water tanks, and the bits that go with them.
I am not worried about fitting them, as Ken will be installing them in a day whilst I stay in the back and do some more work, and help out when it comes to plumbing it in.

All in all today has been a good day on my mental health front, even if the waterworks issue raised it's ugly head yet again.
I am back in the peaceful restive zone, that I found a few weeks ago, but I can still feel the Black dog, trying to nibble his way to me, but today my mind has been kept pretty active, so the usual state that I am normally is, just was not available to be affected too much with the fight.
Unfortuantly again before 7pm I was back in bed absolutely shattered, and soon fell asleep.
I need to break this habit so that I can get more jobs done all round.
But on the other hand, it is a great time to sort n list items, do some work on the website and even tidy up a little bit, as well as make my plans for the day ahead.
So I find myself, not being too hard on myself about it.
