Got up about 10am, and got the items SOLD, laid out on the freezer, ready for postman.

and sat down on here and deleted some 1000 emails, and replied to a few that were asking questions about Items I have Listed.

Posties been, as it is nearly noon, I decide to have lunch, so cooked myself some Gregs beef slices and sat down and was enjoying them, when my throat closed up and I was choking again!. 
This time water did not help, as I felt myself gong faint, I rushed outside to the road and waved at cars going by.................. 

Luckily some one stopped and did Heimlich Manouver, which managed to clear the obstruction, but I was very shaky and my throat was very tender as I was helped back indoors.

I went to lay down for a bit got up and took my meds, but they stuck in my throat! But this time water was good enough to free my throat.

So back to bed I went and that is were I stayed.
Around 3pm I was hungry, so I stuck some frozen mashed potato in the microwave, And made it slightly running. With some water I managed to eat ok, but my throat was still sore, so I went back to bed.  

So today was a total washout!
