I needed some fresh air, so got me zimmer frame out and went for a stroll around the garden.
And noticed that Michael has been busy.
He is doing a cracking job, and I am sure it will look great for Tim's Day.
I could tell you, but then I would have to kill you !
Not to be opened just yet....
The weed pile that is to be burnt due to having some weed, that we just cannot kill off!
Lynne has gradually burnt thru this pile.
Some old fence panels broken up, ready to start the next fire
The wood stacked on the left, is for me to go thru, and rotten stuff will be burnt.
Michael has done a cracking job in front of the workshop, in fact after some digging out I may just move this project forward!
My workshop is in a really need of paint!
to the right of the workshop, but before the fire barrel, is our cesspit.
Still a lot of clearing around it to do, as well as un-bury it.
I do have some decking that I would like to put a raised walkway above the cesspit to hide it.
Too late to move this stack of slated wood, as a family of snakes live in there, plus in the higher reaches are loads of red admiral butteries in hibernation.
So this job will be earmarked for next summer, the snakes will go n live under the workshop, were they used to, I just have to think up a plan for the butterfies.
Michael has moved tee trailer.
It needs a good wash, the tyres pumping up and the wire checking over. The plastic sheet cover, I believe is in the house.
A winter project for me to get the trailer ready to sell.
This area was always gonna be hard to tidy it up.
But so far Lynne n Michael have done well.
I am not sure yet, if will have the wall and steps done for 1st October, we will just have to wait n see.
Decking, waiting on me to sort it out, and then make plans for covering the cesspit with it.
That is part of a plan, that may or may not happen, but at least it will be a start.
This is gonna be a tough area to tidy up, we will have to wait n see what happens over teh next few days.
