Morning Me........
We woke up to some very weird things on Youtube today.
I often fall asleep with youtube set on mix of vids, as it seems to settle me down and help me sleep.
I have had breakie and taken me meds.
The calmness I have been experiencing has gone this morning and my brain is flying all over the place at 1000000 miles an hour.
Normally when it is like this, I do not have a good day as make far to many mistakes.
But I am gonna try and see what I can do. I am gonna limit myself to 1/2 hour segments, and then chill for 10 mins and then do something else and then back to what I was doing.
I am just waiting for the Tramadol to kick in and then plan to spend a large chunk of the day in the back of the transit.
It looks like it's gonna be another shit day with my waterworks, that are forcing me back indoors far to often to wash and a complete change of clothes.
Unfortunately today it is not just small amounts of leakage, but total drenching's :( :(
Luckily yesterday I put some washing on, as I am fast running out of cloth's!!
All I can do is carry on and hope the waterworks settles down, I bloody hate it as no feeling or notice that you need to go to bathroom, I only know when its running down my legs and the trousers start to stick to them.

In the end not a good day, but maybe a better day than I could have expected!
The brain running at 100000 miles an hour, definitely caused me some issues today, with lack of concentration, and wanting to flit between jobs every few minutes.
Couple that with all the accidents today and that crippled just how much I did get done...
By the time Lynne n Michael got home, I was back in the calm state once more, but absolutely shattered, so after tea went straight to bed and I do not remember my head hitting the pillow..
