Good Morning Folks.
Sorry for lack of updates, altho I am not vain enough to think that anybody actually reads them.
But that's ok as they are for me and my mental health's state of mind....
Anyway apart from that things are still looking upwards, and long may that continue, but I am also very aware at just how fragile the improvements re, just one word, look or a feeling can and has in the past, has changed me so fast I do not realise till I am back at rock bottom and having to get up the energy and persuade myself it's worth one more try.
But this last week has generally been on an upward trend, but by Thursday there was a noticeable levelling of the curve upwards.
But am trying to keep the faith and remind myself that Lynne is coming back home sometime on Saturday :) :)
The only real downside (if it can be called that) was sleeping away Friday totally! according to my sleep clocks machine slept 31 hours of solid deep sleep :) :)
That will keep the sleep acne-a specialist happy, altho he refuses to recognise that other issues I have affect my sleep! (one day maybe he will wake up and take notice).
The last few days have been reasonably busy, but with a definite of actually getting things done.
Unfortunately when I go researching mission, I can loose large tracts of time, until I either give up or find the information I was looking for, and these do not show up here.
