Morning Me..

I woke up late this morning, after going to bed around 4pm yesterday, totally shattered.
The sleep machine says I have had over 16 hours solid sleep :) :) 

But I feel utterly exhausted and down.
My spine and legs are killing me, I am beginning to think, maybe we did too much yesterday!
But I do not feel that way....
It could just be residue of the cold when walking to and from the transit ?
Or it could be I have been using muscles that have not really been used for a very long time.

But I will be going into the transit after Lunch and have a potter around....

Have added items that start tomorrow in today's "Items Listed" album, took a while to do, as I had forgotten to do it as I list items. But as this page is in the top 4 pages of people who look at my website, I need to keep it up there.

I have suffering niggling pain all day, but I only took 2 Tramadol at breakfast and another 2 at Dinner, which means since I have started working in the back of the transit, I am taking 12 tramadol less each day !

Which has gotta be a good result, I just hope that is one thing that will continue :) :) 

Progress has been steady today, my mental state is still not good, my memory issues have been getting too me, after seeing some of the pics I have sorted and added to this website and having to ask Lynne about them, as I have no memory of them...........
