The donor bikes carbs after a can of carb cleaner
These carb bodies came with the donor bike - the choke mech is free and works on all carbs
Time to start removing the replacement carbs,
that just don't seem to be getting any better,
so of come the Bell Mouths
and off comes the carbs
the set of carbs in front are from the donor bike and will be used.
So after re checking the jets in they go and on goes the floats
float height should be 23 - 25mm - have set verniers to 24.09mm
on a glance at the jet from carb no2 noticed the rubber seal is breaking up.
so at this stage its time to stop and see how quick I can get my hands on some replacements.
after an hour phoned MRp not only do they do them they got em in stock.
