Morning Folks,
I do not really remember much from today (3rd Nov) at all, so lets see what my fingers and unconscious mind have to say.
Today was all about my computer, in-fact apart from bathroom breaks I do not remember getting out of my computer chair for over 14 hours!.
But I must have, as the pics says I took Michael's old computer into the living room and worked on it there for a short while!
Progress has been steady and we finally have a stable computer, some parts are a bit sluggish, but they will be dealt with over the next few days.
I even got some older Albums sorted and up-listed, but to be honest I just feel mentally drained and relieved that the computer is on the way to being sorted.
Yes in the end I had to spend some money, which I did not have and we could ill afford, so its going to be important that I get my old parts fully tested and then listed on ebay to recover some of the money spent and back in our bank account!.
The Computer build is basically still being in test mode, till all parts arrive, so I am preying very hard that it remains stable, But I am struggling to resist the urge to start to tweak Ubuntu to speed it up and remove all the junk it installs.
But there is just no point as when I add all the new part sin gonna have to reinstall anyway!
