Good Morning Folks.
I knew today was gonna be really busy, and I had already guessed that some of my plans, would change!.
But it pretty much changed everything that we had pencilled in ???
I had some inkling on 1st December, when people were already messaging me with Make "an Offer" and by 8pm we had sold several Items.
Something we have not had since we restarted the listings.
But even that small amount and I was struggling to keep up and even worse was loosing the plot ! :( :(
This could not be allowed to come back into my life, so I went to bed for an early night...
It was a warning about what could happen today!
We were gonna be working in the Spare bedroom, Transit and possibly the living room, but by 11am, that was all thrown out the window, questions came thick n fast - Offers some good a lot rejected straight away. and the sales coming in.
The biggest issue when you have listings ending every 2 minutes, is that if you get a run of sales and people pay quick, I just cannot face it and start to loose the plot once again.
I had tried to take my mind of it, by sorting more stuff out in the Computer Room, Re-listing those items that did not sell, and creating new listings....
But nothing was helping in the end I went back to bed for a couple of hours and came back down nice n refreshed and raring to get on with processing orders that have been paid for...
But soon I noticed that eBay was sending me text messages and wanting me to put numbers in for every SOLD listing, I was processing !!
And I lost the plot big time, time for some "Jean Michel Jarre and the Rendez-Vous" album.
Headphones on and very loud - I just sit back n chill.
Gradually I got my mind back under control and just gave up and went thru the motions, even tho I was processing even slower than before.
I finally gave up on processing sales just before midnight.
Now it's time to scribble my rants n raves and create this "Life n Grimes" update.
In future I will leave Saturdays totally blank, so that I can concentrate on processing Ebay sales and if I actually catch up, then start to relist those unsold items, most to Sunday, some will have a price drop, some won't. Also change some items to permanent buy it now listings, so I do not have to bother with them until they sell off.
Either way the pan is to free up time slots for listings that I will be starting on tomorrow, with a start date of 10th December.
The infection in my left leg has come back with a vengeance and is very painful., Lynne is doing her best to keep it clean with washing it out every night, but I suspect a visit to the Dr's is gonna be required soon :( :(
