Right my main area of work, once again.
I am trying to get it ready to get the portaloo floor & storage area painted later today.
So I am hoping for no hold ups or running out of vital items, I need to achieve my goal.
In goes the screws thru the bracket,
I have removed the bracket from the other end,
as I am fast running out of them :( :(
And I have screwed thru the upright instead with some 6" long screws.
Next cross member soon follows the last one, with the same way of screwing to to the uprights.
The top cross member soon follows the last one, with the same way of screwing to to the uprights.
Before I add 2 more cross members in here, I need to check the kitchen cupboard, to make sure I have easy access to screw it to the cross braces.
Also bathroom side, I need to find out were the water pipes will want to go, so they do not fowl each other and make things harder for me.
This section, will be next to do.
Luckily yesterday & today have SOLD a couple of items, not for much, but enough to get some screws & Brackets that I am fast running out off..
In fact when I go back out to the transit, I will unplug, and make sure everything is safe in the back and head down to Andrews Timber.
Which will hopefully mean I can carry on until I am falling asleep of in that much pain I am forced to take a break...
Back from Andrews Timber and cleared them out of this size L Brackets :) :)
At just under half price of what I can buy them online, plus it means I can carry on today.
Only brought 1 box, as money is very tight
And finally 10 x 1" x 1" batons.
Just waiting to be put away...
MMM I think a good cleanup time is coming real soon, I had not realised how messy the van had become.
Back into the bathroom and the top cross brace is screwed into place
The next Cross brace down, is not so easy , as the bolts got in the way, meaning these cross members are staggered.
Not an issue tho as I can add another bit of 3x2 to each cross member giving me roughly a straight line :) :)
The next cross member is for the sink mounts, so like the one below it it is doubled up & screwed together..
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
If I remove this cross member I can put a screw in the other cross member and then put this back :) :)
That is it temporarily removed,
Dam gotta go in doors, and wash n change.
This is really starting to piss me off now !
It seems just as I get into a nice comfortable rhythm, my water works fucks it all up, and it is difficult to re-find that nice rhythm !!
Lynne is home, and we are discussing options for mounting the sink.
we also discuss plans for Saturday, and we are thinking it is time for me to have a break from the bathroom, as we would like to get the kitchen unit altered and bolted into place.
This will then allow me to make up mounts/shelves for the hot water system and other pipework.
