3rd July 2023 - Life n Grimes of Mr C

On the surface I seem ok, but underneath I am fighting the suicide issue as hard as I can.

This morning Lynne n me went to see the crisis team at Johnson hospital.
Got a shock at just how much it cost to get there n back by taxi!.

I think it went well, but I am not sure, as I got very confused and disorientated, So Lynne dealt with most of it. 

Think they changing some of my meds, as I am sleeping so much of the day/night away, I am not getting the required dosages for the meds to work properly. 

We got home about 11.35am, and Lynne had to cycle into work, as she could not get the whole day of, even tho she told them what happened and why she needed the time off.

A rare chance for me to take my midday meds, and before I get tired again I have added a few more albums that I have recovered from the old corrupt harddrives.
