Things not too good today, but then other things are good ??
confused, that's been my state of mind all day!
This zoning in and out, has been a lot more noticeable today? with me at times loosing 15-20 mins at a time, and then feeling totally confused n baffled when I snap out of it !
Not sure what the fuck is happening, I think Lynne n me are gonna have to sit down, install this software thing our dr's surgery have sent us details on.
And see about a video call to talk to someone and see what happens from there, altho they cannot seem to understand that I am not always able to go outside, let alone drive!
Sunday & Mondays "post it notes" that have been done and now deleted :) :)
Not much, and none of them big jobs, but too me they are important, not only because I get to work with Lynne & Michael, but they mean things are moving ahead.
Once we have removed the frame the bed sat on, so I could get in and out of bed easier, that would be the floor area all cleared :) :)
and we can then start to measure & mark things
Michael n me spent a good/happy 30 mins, pottering around a couple of small jobs, that I have not been able to do on my own :( :(
But I am starting to enjoy these little sessions of us working together, and it's a weight of my shoulders as my Post it Note list is starting to be attacked.
After days of adding notes, most to do with the van conversion, continues to grow, as Strawbs n me chat and I find more information, to look into or to look to see if it would work for me and whether I have the finances to afford them.
The post it notes has grown to about 1/3rd of my screen.
So it would be nice to see some disappear and almost certainly new ones added, as we progress.
out, to see what it's gonna look like floor plan wise.
Money raised so far from eBay sales, plus a few bits sold on Facebook :) :)
It is not a lot, but it has allowed us to get some of the smaller items we will be using, plus if plans go well, we will be buying some electrical trunking, some 2x1, some screws.
Also am hoping to get the side panels removed from the transit.
They will be re-used when we re-panel the walls, or as cupboards..
After being cleaned, sanded and painted.
After that we will make a start on the ceiling, making some frames up as needed to attach the ceiling panels too.
Then we will wash the roof down with some sugar soap water, get the oil radiator in there, to help the roof dry and remove any condensation.
Bonus jobs over the next 2 weeks are:-
1. get insulation stuck to roof.
2. fit in electrical trunking to roof, were we want wires to go to and add several lengths of strong string, so we can feed the wires thru as we are ready.
Also leave a couple of lengths of string, so that if a wiring issue crops up down the line, we can just attach some replacement wire to the string and pull it thru and remove the old cable the same way, but leaving some string behind :) :)
3. Cut 3 ply (its in workshop) to size.
4. Drill out the 55mm holes for the ceiling lights.
5. Install the centre ceiling panel.
Let's just re-look at this page in 2 weeks time and see just how much we get done!!
