Hi Me........ Once again still not feeling to good.
Zoe has come around and we are at the drs surguery before 8.30am to see the mental health nurse, and she is going to contact dr and the suicide crisis team..
The transit is being picked up today, and we have some tidying up and mains cables to put away first.
The suicide thoughts are still ever present!
but at the moment if I go to bed and dive under the duvet, shutting out the world, I seem to be able to cope with it, sometimes easier than others.
The downside is that I am not getting anything done !
And that is giving the black dog free reign on me..
