Once again down stairs most of the day :) :)

Had to phone surgery as did not feel safe to drive !

explained why I had to cancel and for once didn't feel as if I was the shit of the earth for having to cancel !

Again mind was saying get outside into the garden, but still could not get thru the door !

Stayed up till 8pmish :) :)
