Today I am all on my own!.

Lynne's gone to Peterboro for the beer festival, and to meet up with her brother.

Altho invited along, why would I want to go ??

This is identical to the issue I had many years ago after I had to stop drinking at rallies. 

I was ok during the day as I could wander around and meet friends and make new ones, but now that is something I cannot do any longer.
The issue was at night time when everyone was drinking alcohol.

I hated being around friends and others whilst they drank and that is why I started the Disco. which solved the problem 100%.

But now the disco is no longer an option, it leaves me back where I started back in the 90s.
It has been proven that even now I still cannot control and alcoholic drinking, with just consuming more n more each day.

Luckily for me I spotted it and just about managed to pull myself back together, But I now know that I am not strong enough to do that again.

So Why would I want to go and sit with people drinking alcohol for the day!!

The cat was fast asleep and didn't show any interest  when I stoked him, so I thought that hiding in the workshop would be an option that may work for me...

But as you will see in today's CBRTIM update, that did not go well, and now the insecurity of spending time on my own in the workshop has once again risen and has my brain working overtime..........
