Hi Folks.Like most we are trying to cut down on our heating costs!, so during the day we turn off the central heating and I turn it on again about an hour before Lynne n Michael come home, so the house is reasonably warm.But this means that during the day the house gets very cold and worse for me is dampness in the air!.But it is now affecting my lower back issues as soon as I try to do anything, my back starts to painfully spasm, even with the tramadol.
