Hi ya Folks.
Gotta take things easy today, as I will be giving the projector screen wall in the living room it's 2nd coat of paint.
So small sections are the order of the day, and if I feel a slight twinge then stop either sit in chair in living room or in me computer room chair, and sort some more bits out for the website, plus I got plenty of things to research on, so not short of things to do :) :)
The wall looks ok until you get close to it
Or if the light catches the missed areas !
1st part of today's painting, and already my back was starting to twitch, time for a 30 minute break n sit down as me computer chair.
Some 30 mins later see's me back painting again, but I have decided to paint by the strip of wallpaper and then have a 30 minute break.
Back again, this time have painted to the end of the radiator, before another 30 mins rest.
Back again and another strip of wallpaper done, I was so tempted to push my luck and finish the whole wall, but decided digression is the better way to get it finished and still be able to do other things....
Thats the projector wall finished, just a little bit under the radiator to go, which I will try n get to after a break.
MMMM Slight change plans, I decided to get this small wall done first :) :)
I got this far, and whilst i was bent over I felt something give in my lower back and loads of pain, so grabbed some Tramadol and carefully crawled into bed., I managed to get somewhat comfortable and that is the last I remember!
