Right now I have all the items needed to test that fault Seagate firecuda 1tb M.2 stick, that we got a full refund on, but if I run the tests Seagate will replace as its under warranty!
Yesterday update, saw me assemble everything ready for the tests.
So its silly o'clock in the morning, which means Timothy's Computer is free :) :)
So I plug in the USB stick and turn his computer on. Straight onto Seagate's website and download the software, and I have left it running as I do not know how long the tests are gonna take....
Right time to go and test this USB device with the faulty Seagate FireCuda installed.
Plug in and switch on, Oh how I hate winjows !!

Software download, presume its running a test as won't allow me too change!.
So I remove this expansion card from my computer
I need to remove both these modules
And leave them somewhere safe, as only expecting an hour or so to do the tests Seagate want.
I nee to remove the Fircuda module from this USB that did not work earlier! It picked up teh drive, but the seagate software could not ??
All stripped down - Th eUSB Stick, is put in teh drawer, until I can get it filled with Pics Lynne wants and added to the unit that will display them.
On goes the FireCuda and I plug it into Timothy's Computer and switch on. After several reboots, Winjows cannot find a driver ??
Some 2 1/2 hours later - the software still cannot find the FireCuda ??
So back to my computer and on searching the card in google, it is NOT compatable with Windows 7 !!?? - So I give up remove everything, put my M2 modules back on put it in my computer and then give up on teh dammed thing for now....
