Hi Folks.My backs not too bad, as long as I am very careful and slow n smooth at any movement I make, So it looks like another day mainly in the Computer room, just pottering sorting and listing!.But at least I am still getting things done, even if I am very slow (that's slower than my normal pace!) and it's definitely not what I was hoping to be doing this week, but we will carry on and just have to do what I can!.Right lets see how we get on today, again all the work is spread thru out the day, mixing other jobs as rest, pain, ETC makes me change....
