Hi Folks.

I am getting fed up with being beaten, by this front mike/ear phones issue!.
So lets see if I can Cure it!.

Right cards are out of my way and I pull teh front panel audio plug from the mother board and tie it up.

This unit fits on top of the case. I didn't want to refit it, as would prefer to use the front sockets.

Damm there are 2 sockets, are well lets try one and see what happens

Thi sis gonna be awkward, especially with my back playing up!

But I get teh screw tightened and everything is now in place..

And the computer is all back together again, ok still got the other leads to connect but will leave that for another day.. - and ............... Nope that does not work either !!

Hopefully tomorrow my back will be less painful, and I can clear my computer desk, and tip the computer on it's side.
And try the other socket, If it does work, I will look into seeing if I can find a way to mount the panel to the front!.
