HI all - after a long lay off due to being skint, not having parts or being Ill. Today is all about getting back on the long road of being able to do things.
Now I still tire very easy and i get out of breath with no warning, so working on Kurgan is gonna be more like small stints as my health allows.
Stephen Osborn - Cheers Dave
Stephen Osborn - Many thanx to Richard who donated me the 4 exhaust gaskets i don't have the funds for

So lets get on with it - this is how Kurkan was after I opened the workshop door

U can see we got the replacement front end installed but not alot else

heres the donor engine - I did have it running for few mins last summer, so fingers crossed

need to tidy up so i got space to drag engine to

right that's the donor engine on its side ready to lift the frame over

Unfortuantly Tim was of to work so gotta do this myself, so I gently lay the frame on the engine

then with a bit of jiggling around over it goes

this is the only bolt hole I can get to line up at the moment so in goes temp bolt finger tight

and eventually up he goes, Kurkan is now back on his wheels.

replacement ig swich, clocks (hopefully that fully work) and the light shell

As you can see the engines in but not square in teh frame. Unfortuantly at this stage i ran outa breath. so its time to stop take all me meds and rest. Hopefully will get back down the shed tomorrow
