Back in the workshop potter around Kurgan.

Will I get the wiring completed today ??

after 20 mins or so - just going over what I had got done yesterday, have decide I will start with the Ignition Switch today. So here it is removed from the old loom, tidied up and a bit of tape put around the cracked connector. For ease in the future h
Have found some spade connectors in a box at teh back of teh shed, no plastic sheeves, but insulating tape will be as good.
pulled the Ig switch wires into the headlamp shell, and conected the block from teh wiring loom. Always before been behind the shell, but with little bloody scroates around these days why make it easier for them.
Connected the Red wire for the loom with spade connectors and taped up.
and fed the red wire thru the headstock and down teh top tube.
and connected up to the red from the positive on the battery terminal. I have left a bit of spare wire, too make sure plenty of spare when its all taped up and cable tied to teh frame.
The Orange/White from the ignition switch is connected to the loom wire. But not sure were it goes from here. So a good time for a cuppa tea and look at blown up wire diagram :0 and warm me chest up.
right lets get back to it.. needed to adda few more points i could get conections to the orange wire in teh headlamp shell.
that the orange loom wire fed thru
and connected to the IG coils
and a feed down to the battery area
conect orange from Ig Switch to Orange from Right handle bars switch
an dthen the other end of the yellow wire to the Yellow/red from the selonoid
mmmmm think the grey one (well occording to the manual) that is the Start button wire. so hook the yellow wire from teh loom to it turn on the ignition - press teh button and guess what happens ! Nothing
