Hi me......After a totally shattering end to yesterday and my depression levels at there peak, this morning finds me wide awake at 7am!.The black dog has not only got it's teeth into me, but is trying to do a crocodile death roll with my mind.Altho I am trying my hardest to ignore the voices in my head, it is proving so hard, the only thing that seems to work, for a while at least is getting sunk into the conversion, but it is to early for that as we have neighbours either side of us with very young children.
