Dragged myself down the shed today,

its cold and bloody drizzling (depressing),

But I could not stand the bacon butty posts on 100%'s forum anymore.

Now its getting to the stage were most parts are painted or I just cant find (them) or know about them at this stage.

As soon as the welding is sorted on the steering stock I will get it painted,

tip the frame up and paint any underside bits that I have missed.

Once that is done,

its clear out the lean-to - buy some pipe lagging and get the frame sat up on some boxes (hopefully Later part of next week) and I can start bolting bits back together again.

The axle is also being painted in 2 half's.
My sheds roofs not strong enough to hang it up,

so hopefully this should all be painted by middle of next week.

Its gonna be time real soon to start about thinking about the engine.

Shes only got 43000 miles on her,

but my gut says to strip her down and replace all gaskets and oil seals.

Whilst its in bits re-seat the valves and replace the guide seals.

I am also thinking of replacing the cam chain and tensioner at the same time,

I already have a full gasket set sat here,

so only a trip down to Greys at Thrapston to get the other bits.

The front end is still eluding any thought at this time, I know i'm gonna have to look at it soon, but I think will have a better idea when I get the frame back together,

this will also give me loads more room to work in the lean-to.

The electrics have yet to be taken of the rialto, but I think I have everything I need to sort that area out.

As soon as the axles back in the frame I can offer up the Rialto petrol tank and see if its gonna fit and if it does make up the mounting brackets.

Tune in tomorrow night to see if I manage to get anymore done !!!!
